Wayne Wesley Johnson - Internationally recognized, this award winning guitarist performs on acoustic, electric, nylon & steel string guitars and guitar synthesizer in a variety of musical styles and genres. A pioneer of the 'New Sound of Santa Fe' tm and 'Jazzamenco' tm., the artist performs in thumbpicking, fingerstyle, and flatpicking styles...playing jazz, world, new age, latin & rumba flamenca and with classical techniques. Wayne is currently a guitar instructor and member of the faculty of the Santa Fe Community College and teaches private students at Grandma's Music & Sound, Albuquerque, NM.
Soul Divine - Established in 1997, this collective group of musicians with credits that include James Brown, Lakeside, The Dazz Band, Sparx, and Lorenzo Antonio, and record label deals with Epic and Warner Bros., set the local scene on fire with its exciting brand of Latin and jazz-tinged R&B music. The band quickly established itself as the hottest ticket in the region. Over a 20-year period, Soul Divine has provided the soundtrack for a new generation of soul music lovers and created an emerging scene for R&B groups that followed. The band consisting of Charles Crawford, Juan Mena, Jak, Frank Mirabal, Jaxon, and Nick Fowler continue to perform in the region and also record, produce, and perform in solo and ensemble projects.
